Do You Have What you Need in the Event of a Breakdown?

You should never travel without a roadside emergency kit in your vehicle. You never know when you may need it and you certainly do not ever want to be without it when you do. All you need to do is grab a clear, plastic tote to put your emergency items in. Then, leave it in your car. You can use anything to store your supplies, but a clear tote makes it easy to find items that you may need-and quickly. You could also keep an itemized list to keep track of your supplies and always make sure that you restock your items as you use them. Your kit should include a First-Aid kit, nonperishable food items, and plenty of bottled water. You should also pack flares or reflective triangles, a tow rope, jumper cables, and a fire extinguisher. You should also pack the tools needed to change a flat tire.
